Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. As all our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives with a serious fault. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping
All domestic orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and all international orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.
Delivery times vary depending on location and local postal services.
Please note that all international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or tariffs imposed by their country. All US customers are responsible for paying any tariffs, duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
Authenticity
All items sold at SYS-362 are 100% authentic. Every piece is carefully inspected, researched, and verified prior to being listed for sale. Authenticity is assessed through a combination of label and tag analysis, construction details, materials, hardware, stitching, date codes, and comparison with documented examples where applicable.
SYS-362 specialises in sourcing genuine designer vintage and archival fashion, and authenticity is taken seriously. Any item that cannot be confidently verified as authentic will not be listed for sale.
